Had expected to see a gain this morning. We made a roast chicken last night, and I have no willpower when it comes to scoffing the crispy skin. Been like that for as long as I can remember, stealing snippets while my Dad carved the chicken and we all took turns for who got to pull the wishbone with him.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
