1st DAY EATING – (Wt. 210 Lbs.)
Monday March 1st Scrambled Eggs, Beef, Pork Ribs, Salmon w Seafood Stuffing & Salad
Challenge Beginning Weight. 210 Lbs.
2nd DAY EATING – (Wt. 208 Lbs.)
Tuesday March 2nd Starting Weight today 208 Lbs. (-2 Lbs. after 1st Day). Tuesday Meals: Three eggs sunny side up and steak; 4 oz. chicken and salad; Lobster Bisque Soup and 4 oz. steak again - Eat from 10am to 6pm; Fasted 6pm to 10am.
3rd DAY EATING – (Wt. 207 Lbs.)
Wednesday March 3rd Starting Weight today 207 Lbs. (-1 Lb. after 2nd Day) – Total Wt. Loss = 3 Lbs.) Eat from 10am to 6pm; Fasted 6pm to 10am. Wednesday Meals: Post will be updated later.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
