Making progress slowly. I should be happy about it. We live in a world were we want instant results. But weight isn't one of those things. You get what you work for. patience is a virtue and good things come to those that wait. So I'm going to keep on keeping on. 👍
145.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
