3/1/2021 - weight 210 - Body Fat 27.3 - BMI 28.5 GOAL WEIGHT 185 (25 Lbs. 12 WKS).
I Plan to eat two meals a day instead of three and follow exactly the foods recommended in this challenge; also, to follow an 8 hour eating window followed by a 16 hour fasting period. My eating window is from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.
This challenge could not have come at a better time for me.
