Was completely wiped after an intensive week of lecturing and did not feel up to making myself an alternative when the family decided to get Roman’s pizza last night... got myself a small chicken mayo pizza (and did not snack on the boys’ leftovers). Did I get away with it or will I take a hit with tomorrow’s weigh-in? 🤞
185.4 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
