Despite starting on monday adding 100 more calories back into my diet every day I lost two more pounds this week. I am going to keep adding 50-100 calories back in every week and weigh myself to see where my maintenance level is and stay there for a while. Reenergize, regroup and then go for another cut that should take me below 18% I was never that low even in high school. I went from 35% bodyfat to two days ago I measured at 23% bodyfat. My lean mass went up 3 lbs during that time as well.
