Water weight on, water weight off. The blip has been taken care of, now to see some real progress!
The kid and I took the dogs for a walk yesterday and it was colder than expected so we didnt go as far, but it was nice to outside and moving. Then I hit the gym virtually and really put in the effort! My fitbit didnt have a high calorie burn, but I was sweatin! Plus I was in bed by 9 last night to read and play on my phone but I actually passed out at some point. Guess I needed it!
