It’s interesting and irritating to see how easily consistent drops can stall out by just the tiniest “cheat.” This Saturday was a memorial service for a family member that passed away from COVID earlier this month and after the service we went to dinner together. I ate two TINY crab cakes and my total calories for the day was still ok, but, up I went over the weekend and it’s taken until today to get back to where I was several days ago. That’s kind of disappointing to realize that the up and down battle will be forever and can be over such small things rather than eating something terrible like a sugar-packed cake. Ugh.
268.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
