Sunny today but cold (40's) Walked with Hubby & dogs.

Ate under 1800 calories Tues. & Wed. & just over yesterday. Back below goal.

Cooking the last of 3 Hello Fresh meals tonight....Szechuan Pork & Green bean stir fry.

We were out running errands so used a Subway gift card for lunch today. Hubby & I both got a Chipotle roast beef wrap each to bring home. I ate half but did add a few potato chips. Looks like I'll be over in calories a little so dessert will probably be sugar free jello...no cookies added.

Time to feed the dogs & make dinner.

144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
