about to start a 28 day cleansing period. I hope I won't loose to many kilos like last time 🤞 but I'm starting with a little buffer 🤪
140.4 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tyler, it's the 28 days cleansing from Anthony William. It's the first time I'm doing it. Have gone through his liver rescue and thyroid healing program before. It's helping a lot to get rid of many annoying conditions. I got rid of hayfever and tiredness and my thyroid glands stopped growing. Now with the 28 day cleanse it's all about certain fruits and vegetables. This morning I had celery juice, cantaloupe and bananas with celery sticks. It's a lot to eat and I usually don't make it to the calories I supposed to take daily. 😬🤪
