Not sure why the number on the scale has gone up 😅... daily calories consumed have been below 1900 for 6/7 days. I’m still walking and going to the gym??? Clothes are fitting better also🤷🏽‍♀️
204.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
