I know I should not be weighing after yesterday's intense climbing... But just wanted to see something..... 😜 It's normal feeling this good but yet so sore... Stretch Strecth....
237.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
