My daily calorie goal has been at 1200 since I started FS. But I haven't really been trying to make that goal in several months. What I actually have in mind is keeping my calories under 2000 a day, but I can see myself creeping up to that level more often these days by allowing bigger portions.

Tonight will be a challenge. I'm going to my friend's house for our usual BBQ night. I'm already telling myself to enjoy the pork and cut my calories elsewhere so that I can do that. Is it worth it? A cartoon devil is on one shoulder telling me to pig out and an angel on the other shoulder is whispering salad, salad.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good Morning, or should I say afternoon. It is foggy here in the Valley and I am having to make my own sunshine. I posted a you tube on my journal this morning and when I play this song it feels like the warmth of the sun. Enjoy your friends and BBQ, as we remember this is a live-it, not a di-et! TOWANDA!!!!!!!

I don't see why you can't enjoy the barbecue. Just keep your portions moderate. If you go a alittle over your RDI, it's no big deal. Just don't go a lot over.

Hi coco! Try to enjoy the time with your friends and listen to your body as you eat each bite slowly. And stop when you're pleasantly satisfied. I had a huge breakfast this morning but I was very mindful whole time and really enjoyed everything. No regret about it. Have a great time tonight!
