udah sisa 30ons ehhh 4 harian ini gak mikirin kalori soalnya ada keluarga yg datengg alhasil naik 1,35kg. tapi aku malah kaget liat fto kemarin soalnya kyk kurusan banget gtu hahaha. tapi yahhh tetap dong hari ini back on track💯🥰. semangat kuyy
