MACROS - Carbs 40% (+4%) Fat - 36% (+2%) Pro - 24% (-6%l Fiber - 92/175. Monday starts a new week to do better.

173.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
