Boom!

I’m actually hoping this is still water because I haven’t been working out and I don’t want to start losing muscle. It’s only been a week so I think I’m ok. Also- I really needed to just focus on food this week. Next week I’ll add in activity.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
