Again, been busy and creating the Calorie Burn 🔥. Time to find more protein to help maintain the weight or a little more Carbs after the WO.

A little fun 🤩 at the gym:
• 75 Cals Rowing
• 50 Cals Jacobs Ladder
• 50 AB mat sit-ups
• 50 DB pull thru
• 50 DB Swings
• Of Course - 50 Burpees

Finish: 450m Sand Bag carry (80#)

750+ Calories Burned 🔥
164.7 lb Lost so far: 28.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
