ini udah hr kebrapa ya..gak IF lg..byw kmaren senin juga ga workout....trus makan juga masih biasa aja..gak berlebihan pokoknya..nimbang2 makanan juga masih ..klu pas gaksempet ya ga ketimbang..😜
