Finally things are starting to move in the right direction. Tracking REALLY helps. I look at those almonds & think, nope, don't wanna have to track that!
Also, back to eating large bfst, large lunch, small dinner (and doing it by 5pm) Makes a huge diff for me.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week
