Holding steady which isnt bad considering the slug Ive become. My job closes for the holidays so this week has been rough. I cant sleep at night and I cant wake up in the morning. Im super tired and lethargic. Its time I stop all of this and get back to where I need to be.

Todays goals are basic and vague, but thats ok. Im just trying to get back into a routine.

Update Journal - daily goals, begin plotting goals for month and year.
Drink water - minimum of 32oz
Track food - Dont worry about Macros or cals, just track.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
