fasted for 24 hours. made tuna casserole for dinner and did an hour of cardio after deep cleaning all my carpet in the house. its been a full day!
145.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
