Holidays were tough have not lost any more weight since dec 9th but did not gain much either. Today finally some forward progress 2 more lbs down. I reduced my calories about 150 more a day and added in some 30 min walks every day then weight starting to come off again.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
