I started to walk or move 3 miles a day min.
My Iwatch gets on my wrist at wake up time.
3 days down!
Also enjoying doing walking videos on YouTube Dancing types. Most tell you if it’s 1-2 miles by they end of video. It’s super low maintenance and helps me get my steps in.
