I ate way more than I planned to this passed week. I’m glad I still managed to lose, I guess all that exercise at the start of the week really counted. I’m back at my place now and ready to focus!!!!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
