I could of done better. I'm worried about this weekend, we are going on a mini vaca..
215.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1300 kcal Fat: 66.27g | Prot: 69.85g | Carb: 115.64g.   Breakfast: Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Vanilla, Honeycrisp Apples, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Speedway SuperAmerica Hot Dog Bun, Speedway SuperAmerica Jumbo Hot Dog. Dinner: Meijer Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Kraft 2% Milk Mexican Taco Cheese, Perdue Ground Chicken. Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Lightly Salted Almonds (Bag). more...

I'm not sure if this will help you but when you feel at times that you are tempted, just remember why you want to lose the weight and how good it will feel once you've made it.
