Did some last minute shopping this afternoon for Hubby. I was thrilled to discover the special scotch he likes at the liquor store close to us. He's never bought himself a whole bottle so thought I'd surprise him.
Good news our nephew tested negative for Corona & is feeling better so Christmas dinner is back on at their place. My youngest sisters are coming back up for Christmas day. They don't usually but we're trying to surround our other sister with lots of Love.It won't stop her from missing her husband but it may help.
Other good news....our truck died on Hubby once again last Tuesday. We just got the news it was a bad battery so not a major repair bill.
I'm concocting something for dinner with leftover Italian sausages in the fridge. Not sure what yet.
I bought Salmon & a Steak to choose from for Christmas Eve dinner. It will just be Hubby & I. I wanted some Lamb Chops but Kroger didn't have any & I wasn't going anywhere else to search.
Having a snack of spiked Egg Nog & Spinach dip. Taking a break after our walk before I feed the dogs & make dinner.
