I’m off to my parents for the rest of the year. I really hope I stay consistent.
222.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best of luck to you! I think it's much harder with family that are not on the same journey. You can do this! Keep focusing on the end goal, and imagine shopping for that new amazing outfit. xxx

Thank you so much... I’ve been here an hour and there’s already been so many temptations 😂... I feel good and super determined though. It’s the festive season so I know I will indulge a bit but in moderation.
