.9 to go!
Water weight was playing havoc. Up 2 lbs again yesterday was freaking me out. Why! So I was very much relieved to see down to 145.9 which is better! I still swear that I saw 144 a week or more ago before this yo-yo episode. I was wondering if this sites calculations were out but was assured by another site that all is well here with the site , or at least how I am approaching it by just adding in TRUE exercise not housework! Thanks to Bearnoggin, I verified I was using the right numbers with better understanding as to what is Sedentary and what is Active?

I'm glad I could help!!! Thanks for the mention! You've done really great yourself!!! Water weight gain is difficult to determine!!! We know all about that in this house. My hubby had a TIA a few years ago and has to watch sodium, which is soooo tough!!! We find staggering his sodium by a bit helps to trick his brain because it's always trying to regulate but when something else in the body is broken it can over compensate too well putting you into a cycle that's hard to break. He does best if he has a few higher sodium days while still staying in the overall total sodium for the week. Seems we always have to trick the body!!!
