I even had one and a half donuts yesterday, I am surprised myself. The donut was an even worth it!!!I would’ve rather had something more tasty - flour and sugar just doesn’t do it for me anymore, but I still eat it.😄
192.5 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
