I Feel like the last two weeks have been wasted. I am in keeping with my RDI of 1700 calories for a sentary lifestyle, and choose to use the deficit calories and my 1.5 hours walking and other exercise as part of my 500 kcal / day for a pound a week loss. Salty soups and choices have my body retaining water. In looking back my water was 49% now it is 51% does that 2% make up a 3 lb. gain? I did see my goal of 145 a few days ago but not since. Instead my weight is up but I must be happy that I eat nutritiously and exercise for overall benefit.
Happy days when I see a drop and therefore a reward for my efforts!
148.1 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
