Maaf jangan dibuli ta aq nangisan n memang lebay..😂..yaa maklum masih berproses mnuju kesabaran n kedewasaan ttg diet..wkwkwk..tiap hari nimbang,ini baru bbrp jam lalu udah nimbang jam 6 itu 74,5kg..lalu stlh bab iseng lagi nimbang jd 74,3..hahaaha...
163.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
