I’m back! Only managed to gain 1.8 pounds from my goal weight. I did not gorge this holiday but I fell back into some sweet tooth habits and drank a bit more than I do.
Felt tired and sleepy too much and mental health issue arose. So back on my Flexitarian diet and back to more veggies!
