Duh napa ya nimbang tiap hr..hahaha..ini nimbang pagi jam 06. perut kosong,sudah Bak tapi belom Bab.Olahraga hr ini cukup cardio ringan ala Joanna Soh liatnya di yutub judilnya 3KM FAT BURNING INDOOR WALK(BURN UP TO 400 CALORIES!!)😜
166.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
