Makan siang di stand booth nikahan: selat solo 1 porsi kecil, kakap fillet 1sdm ,kakap fillet goreng 1 buletan kecil,makan steam boat 1 porsi..tp gak ada semua di fat secret..duwh cape deh..😅
168.4 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
