Slow slow. My body takes a few days to reset from a night out. It would have been faster but I didn’t eat or track real well the two days following my celebratory night out... It’s all good.
Still home with this fractured foot, going for my 4 week check up today.🤞 I’m half way through the healing process!!!
174.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
