seneng ga si kalo turun...seneng banget..5 hari jalanin IF enjoy lg mens pula,msh bs makan apa aja cuma ngecut jam ngunyah..q pake jendela 6 jam..jam 12 smp jam 6 makan apa aja,sisanya cuma minum ga manis2..semoga bs konsisten yaa..semangat pejuang sehat
