Still doing the same old stuff, with no results. What do I do to break this cycle?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. What kind of food tracking are you doing? Calorie counting? Portion control? Try changing it up a little to kick start your system. Cut out an extra 200 calories for a week and see what happens. If you do the same ol' thing at the gym every time, try either adding something new (weight training? rowing machine?), changing the intensity (bump up resistance, incline, or weight lifted), or doing incremental burst exercises (treadmill fast for 2 minutes, slower for 5 minutes, fast for 2 minutes, slower for 5 minutes, etc).

I must agree with Munestar32. Change things up! When I start to get bored in the gym, I go outside for a while, Rollerblade, bikeride, I pack my camera and a backpack and hike the woods, taking pictures. These are all good ways to change things without loosing focus of the big picture.
