Weekends are my weakness 🙈

A full English breakfast on Sunday’s is a tradition in my family. Anyone have suggestions on substitutes to make it less guilt-ridden or alternatives that wouldn’t leave the rest of the family feeing deprived of their fry-up?
188.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
