I weighed myself this morning.... and the scale said 178. I weighed 3 times to make sure my scale didnt mess up. Either its broken, or i gained 14 pounds this week.
Is TOM coming? Am i retaining a crapload of water?

I feel like crying. I feel like panicking.

I feel like my life is a train wreck.








I really am my own worst enemy.
Time to clean up this mess.... and i mean it this time.



178.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2009:
1041 kcal Fat: 11.40g | Prot: 49.35g | Carb: 201.68g.   Breakfast: banana, weight control. Lunch: chicken breast, mushroom, red bell pepper, cucumber, hidden valley fat free ranch. Dinner: salsa, baby carrots, fat free kraft american , select tomato soup, light wheat bread. Snacks/Other: apple, apple sauce, celestial tea, Honey, pomegranate juice, light and fit, almonds, grapes. more...

unless you ate more than 7,000 calories every single day this week, it's impossible to gain 14 lbs in 1 week. Did you eat really salty foods in last few days? They retain water like crazy. "Aunt Flo" can retain up to 5 lbs of fluid too..It also could be your scale! Try another scale at a friends or the gym. Keep your head up and get back on track, you can do it!!! :)

Do not worry as it is probably water or the scale is shot. Not sure if it is a digital but it may need new batteries. Don't give up or beat yourself up honey! I am sure it is a fluke thing and it will resolve itself very soon. You are not a train wreck and you are certainly NOT your own worst enemy. Loving yourself is important every single day no matter what the scale says and I am sure that if the weight is there you will be taking it off too. I honestly think it is something else though and not a true gain! HUGS!
