So I decided to weigh myself anyways. I was surprised that I had lost weight :D I feel like I can keep this healthy eating up. And if I add in more exercise other than work lord knows how much I can lose. My 30 day challenge starts tonight so I'm hoping that will melt the blub right off!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
