Stability is still active! Kept busy over the weekend, but had a “cheat “ meal last night, so will probably be hit with the weight gain tomorrow.
Crawled to the gym (for some reason felt depleted) this morning. So tried to increase my stretch time to get the “old” blood flowing.
Ended with Deadlifts and SB DB Chest Presses. Finished with a TABATA: • Weighted Lunges • Banded Lat Pulls • OH Plate from Ground • Push-ups with Knee Tucks • 3 sets of each (:20secs on, :10sec Rest)
