From now until November 25th my goal will be 200 because I am now incorporating exercise into my program!
Cool weather started yesterday and I also started some work on the bag outside as a starting point.
jamaican oldies workout 3 days a week and working the bag on the alternate days.
a minimum 30 minute walk daily!
I begin to get in ketosis today!
223.1 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
