I maintained at the lower weight in spite of weighing in much earlier. My total calories were under 1600 yesterday, so I'm sure that helped. Going out for breakfast after Hubby's procedure today may change that. Everything was good for his colonoscopy.

We took a short walk after we got home then both of us ended up napping. I lay down to read next to Hubby, felt drowsy so decided to go for it. After I got up I took a magazine outside & enjoyed the warm weather for a bit.

When we walked this morning I realized the crepe myrtle at the top of our drive was in full color. While I was out in our yard I looked around & it looked as if everything had gotten brighter overnight. So I took a few pictures. We just got back from our afternoon walk. I took more pictures out in the neighborhood.

A favorite music duo is playing at the winery tomorrow. We were hoping to go but there is rain forecast. The "barn" where they play is covered but we like to be able to sit outside if it's too crowded. Hopefully we can make it happen.

I'm planning a chicken breast with salad for dinner. It's time to go to the grocery store...not a lot in the freezer or veggie choices. We did do a Hello Fresh order for this next week, so that's 3 meals I don't have to plan.



143.4 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
