This is strange, I went on a 4-day weekend & lost weight. Most likely due to limited access to a refrigerator...haha😂😂😂


Some Mobility Exercises today...my favorite (not) Front Rack Reverse Lunges, I need to work on my Form!!!

Time to find some coffee ☕️!!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
