sayuran kaya protein bayam,tauge,sawi,kembang kol,buncis brokoli,selada,pokcoy,tomat,timun
buah kaya protein pisang,alpuket,
protein dr kacang2n kacang hijau,kacang merah
protein hewani ikan,daging dada ayam telur
msh banyak lg trnyata,kdg suka bingung menu makan nya udh bener ga ya,serat sm protein nya byk ga ya..bs modif2 menu yg kaya akan protein..#pejuanglangsing
