More or less the same as yesterday. The benefit of having a small kitchen is that I was able to sit on my barstool and bake vegan brownies. Also used my air frier to make salmon. My friend came over with a bottle (and crutches)of wine which I polished off along with some more brownies 😆
179.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
