I did very well yesterday until I got home. I ate dinner even though I wasnt hungry, and it was kind of a crappy dinner. Then I shoved my mouth full of snacky sugery crap until I finally said enough. I ALSO didnt go to the gym. I did so well last week and I havent made it once this week. Thats not how Im going to hit my goal. I DID do my 105 squats though! 110 in store for me today.

Im working from home today and thats going to be challenging because I have a kid that I have to constantly check up on, a ton of work to do, and no "real" food in the house to eat. My goal is to stay mindful and track what I eat.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
