175.4 @ 0700 AM.

Two days in a row of the back cooperating and got in a 1h15m bike ride with a few good high intensity intervals. Also 2nd big calorie deficit day in a row, 1900 calories even though I cheated and had a mountain dew!

175.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
