My lunches need to be adjusted and I have to take in less calories. I have known that yet since I only eat lunch I’m eating too much. Have to start today with less calories that is all there is to it!😊
200.0 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
