Well, I've gained 2/3 of a pound since my last weigh-in, but according to the spiffy gym scale at work, I've also lost one percentage point of body fat. So I'm not complaining! :)

I gained weight too! Just eating! Eating! Eating.. but,not out of control anymore... CAKE! TWO POUNDS! I am owning it...I am recording it. BUT, I AM LOSING IT...PRONTO!

Big hugs to all y'all! Iulani, you're right, that's what we've all gotta do: own our own stuff. I have to own my recent carb-bombs -- Denny's smoked cheddar mashed potatoes, and 3 servings (more than half a quart) of "drinkable yogurt" (what the marketroids are calling kefir nowadays, apparently).
